For the newest location of The Great Room, a hospitality-inspired co-working space, our design goal was to ensure that an atmosphere of luxury was communicated right down to the accessories and accents. Based on materials, floor plans, cabinetry drawings, and mood boards provided by the client's interior designer, Joyce Wang Studio, we identified moments of impact for styling.
Our team put together a styling proposal driven by storytelling and attention to detail. We recommended complementary products from our portfolio as well as readily available retail and vintage items to add layers of texture.
We also commissioned items from emerging Korean and Singaporean designers to deepen the placemaking and ensure proportions matched the space. The project was installed by our team within five weeks to meet the launch date and first photo shoot.

We sourced and produced a unique range of decorative accents for Nickson Living, an interior services firm based in Texas that aims to give all renters the opportunity to live in the custom-designed fully furnished apartment of their dreams.
The monogrammed lamps, doormats, and flatware our team commissioned helped to cement Nickson's brand identity in their projects. We worked to hit specific delivered price points and negotiated with suppliers and logistics partners on behalf of our client. With the doormats, for instance, we achieved a 32% price reduction compared to their previous supplier. This also allowed them to achieve diversity and resilience in their supply chain during the COVID-19 pandemic.
