The Silkroad Collection S Chair (2 Seater)

The Silkroad Collection, which perfectly combines Western culture and contemporary Asian aesthetics, draws inspiration from a mid-17th century Victorian “lover seat”, or “tete-a-tete” (face-to-face in French). Reflecting the modern interpretation of “East meets West” furniture design, its distinctive serpentine form backseat with a shared armrest encourage two people to meet and enjoy intimate conversation.

With its Asian touch and sleek design, the Silkroad Collection is inspired by Kyoto bamboo forests. Each piece is handmade with dark walnut wood and solidly engineered with precise joinery work, milling, sanding and fine finish.
