Responsible for injecting and catalyzing synergistic and harmonious ingredients into Vermillion's ongoing narrative, Krizia envisions growth opportunities by fusing bold ideas with extensive industry experience. She has a background in audit at KPMG, investment banking at Merrill Lynch, and strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company, and has worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta and Ho Chi Minh, across Hospitality, Consumer & Retail and Technology, Media & Telecommunications industries. Most recently, she led Marketing and Omni-Channel teams at DFS Group, Marriott International, and McDonald's Greater China. Krizia holds an MA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics + Economics from the Oxford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is based in Hong Kong.
Amy honed her global aesthetic while growing up in Singapore, Seoul, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin and Paris. A harmonious mix of art and science, she mirrored her formal education at Stanford University (BA) and Harvard Business School (MBA) with courses at Parsons School of Design, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and Harvard Graduate School of Design. Amy spent the first 15 years of her career launching new businesses in the energy industry, all the while nourishing her creative side with personal home projects that were featured in The New York Times and House & Garden, and a stint as a residential interior designer. She is based in Singapore.
Born and raised in mainland China, Sydney has a lifelong passion for Chinese and Asian arts and culture. She moved to the U.S. during middle school, subsequently receiving her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Sydney has 14 years finance and investment expertise covering the U.S., mainland China and Hong Kong across commercial real estate, fintech and tech sectors, with additional experience in a globally-inspired curated luxury e-commerce startup. Combining her analytical background with her appreciation for design, she ensures business operations and processes are in place at Vermillion. She is based in Hong Kong.
Alisha has 14 years of experience in merchandising, previously specializing in luxury fashion. Her family is from a fashion knitwear background, and she grew up in a world where design and business intersect. She worked in both Toronto, Canada and Hong Kong, for companies such as Holt Renfrew Canada, Lane Crawford Joyce Group Hong Kong, and DFS Group, where she managed shops globally, including flagship stores in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Venice, Paris, and more. Alisha holds a BA (Hons) from University of Toronto. She is based in Hong Kong.
Vera began her career in international media, where she worked for The New York Times, FOX Network Groups Asia and Forbes Asia managing advertising research & web analytics before switching her career to become a digital marketer. She was the founding member of Marriott International APAC’s B2B digital marketing team, focusing on B2B digital strategies, partnership marketing & social selling. Currently at Vermillion, she looks after value-added services for brand partners, customer experience as well as operations. Vera holds a BA from York University, Toronto, and a post-graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology from Information Technology Institute, Toronto. She is based in Hong Kong.
