  3. Ne Muni
    Ne Muni Taiwan | Wellness
Ne Muni, established by heritage brand Mr. Salik Nepal Concept, was founded in 2018 as a retail platform for pashmina / cashmere wares and merchandise, handmade jewelry, fashion accessories, as well as wellness accessories, such as singing bowls and spa equipment. All products are sourced from Nepal, at the foothills of the Himalayan range.

A staple of the kingdom with the world’s highest peaks, pashmina/cashmere is spun from the downy undercoat of the Himalayan mountain goat, Chyangra, which live at high altitude (above 15,000 feet). The colder the conditions the better the quality of the wool. The word pashmina is derived from 'pashm' which means 'inner layer of hair'. For more than four hundred years, Nepalese craftsmen have been weaving these shawls using traditions handed down from father to son.

Ne Muni was built with a mission to respond to the constantly changing needs of the modern consumer while carrying on the legacy of luxury products and materials, such as pashmina / cashmere. For the brand, the quality of the work is paramount.

  4. NestBloom
NestBloom Hong Kong, China | Wellness

NestBloom is a revolutionary new brand specializing in the creation of epicurean edible beauty products featuring Bird's Nest as its main ingredient.

Founded by Cieyou Lim, who joined Yan Yuan, his family's bird's nest commodity trading business in 2014, NestBloom seeks to welcome newer generations of diners to the table. The brand is dedicated to transforming Asian gastronomic traditions into modern epicurean delicacies.

The youngest of three children, Cieyou's Indonesian family moved to Singapore when he was a child. He recalls his mother bent over a ceramic double boiler, using tweezers to pick out fine feathers, before slow-cooking the tonic with American ginseng for hours, for the family. Aware that this generation has neither the inclination nor patience to cook bird's nest the old school way, NestBloom requires only the addition of hot water.

Each "bloom" is perfection, incorporating the best recipes, and the finest harvests sourced from all over the world to ensure impeccable quality. NestBloom products are hand crafted lovingly, so they bring diners a touch of elegance, beauty and self-love – wrapped in a moment of mindfulness.

  7. Nishimura Shouten
    Nishimura Shouten Japan | Art

Minoru Nishimura, the founder of Nishimura Shouten, started the gold and silver thread and hikihaku business for the Kyoto Nishijin textiles industry in 1924. Craftsmen who design hikihaku make the base papers with skillful use of gold and silver foils. Then, craftsmen called "kiriya" cut those base papers as thin as 0.3mm wide. These thin thread yarns are handed to the "oriya" who weave them into Obi textiles.

Shuichi Nishimura, a second-generation owner took over from his father in the 1970's during the Decade of Osaka Expo, an unprecedented era of strong economic growth. With growing demand for hikihaku, he evolved the business from general gold thread manufacturing to specialized hikihaku production, expanding to 20 craftsmen and multiplying their product range.

Naoki Nishimura, the third generation and current head of the company, was brought up amidst the busy workshop and the true beauty of hikihaku. After studying business administration and three years of training with an obi wholesaler, he learned the techniques of hikihaku by practicing every day. He is now in quest of the limitless possibilities of hikihaku, designing unique works of art leveraging a wide range of skills and artistry.

  12. Nozomi Fujii
Nozomi Fujii Japan | Home Decor
Nozomi Fujii is a ceramic artist who mainly works on designer vases. She grew up in the quiet town of Kuwana, Japan. During her childhood, she was fascinated with the idea of creation and its systematic planning throughout the process, which eventually became the starting point of her career as a ceramic artist.

She studied ceramic art at the Tokoname City Municipal Ceramic Art Laboratory. She has been participating in domestic solo as well as group exhibitions since 2009. In 2020, she was invited to 1000 VASES in Paris.

Nozomi insists on using pottery wheels for her works due to their absolute limitation. This limitation is born from its concentric movement that only allows her to shape clay symmetrically. She is fascinated by the process of creating beautiful shapes within the limitations. She does not use glaze in order to bring out natural colors and original textures from the clay. By doing so, she extracts the primitive sense of ancient times from the clay, and visualizes her pieces in a modern style.

Her works bring a refined sense and tranquility to any space.
