Named after the honey and orchid cultivar from which it is made, this brightly fragrant Oolong is grown amongst the ever present mist and fog, in rich volcanic soil at the peak of Wudong Mountain in south-eastern China. True to its name, it boasts of a sweet and floral aroma unique to the Phoenix Mountain appellation.
