Pure sheep's wool crocheted coasters add an artistic touch to your home. We source the wool for these coasters directly from nomadic sheep herders in the Himalayan mountain range of Uttarakhand, India. As their herd is their livelihood, these small mountain herders take immense care of their hardy livestock. This process makes the wool cruelty-free and also nurtures local industry.

These coasters are handwoven from yarn by women in Rishikesh under the Gramotthan Sanstha which aims to provide financial freedom to the local female population.
