Based in South Korea, DAMOON creates high-quality tableware using local, unique materials, like Ottchil (lacquer varnish) and Yuhgee (bronzeware material), and the exquisite craftsmanship of homegrown artisans. Each piece by DAMOON is elegantly handmade and has a story to tell.

“We are eager to make the most beautiful, healthy, and durable tableware inspired by the Korean cultural heritage,” says founder, Chaehoon Moon. 

DAMOON received the Red Dot Design Award for Product Design in 2016, and the Excellent Cultural Product award by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (Republic of Korea) in 2017.
